NEW CONSUMER GOODS
Give your customers something new to choose.
A new consumer product should earn its place in your offering. Jackson Hedden helps brands, entrepreneurs and established businesses develop physical products that bring together everyday usefulness, distinctive design and a considered customer experience.
Build around how people will use it.
Whether you are launching one product or adding to an existing range, we start with the customer and the brief. We consider how the product looks, feels, functions and belongs within your brand—then develop the selected direction to the agreed level of detail.

Your next addition—or your first.
We welcome established companies expanding their offering and entrepreneurs launching a consumer brand. What matters is the product need, readiness to hire a professional firm and investment appropriate to the scope.
What should we budget?
Professional design engagements start around $7,000 for a suitably scoped project. Your proposal depends on the work required. Manufacturing, tooling, inventory and other launch expenses are separate unless expressly included.
Can you work within our existing brand?
Yes. Share your brand guidelines, current products and the role the new product should play.
Will a new design guarantee sales?
No. Product design contributes to an offering, but pricing, distribution, marketing and market conditions also affect demand.
Tell us what you’re building.
Share the product, the problem you need to solve, your current stage, timeline and available design budget. We’ll use your inquiry to assess fit and the right scope of work.
